Child Tax Credit (provided you’re not also entitled to Working Tax Credit and have an annual gross income of no more than £16,190)
Working Tax Credit run-on (paid for 4 weeks after you stop qualifying for Working Tax Credit)
Universal Credit (with annual earned income of no more than £7400 after tax and not including any benefits you get)
The system for applying for Free School Meals is straightforward. To apply, log on to www. hertfordshire.gov.uk and search for the Free School Meals box. Fill in your application form online or phone the customer service centre on 0300 123 4048 and the rest will be done for you. Your application will be processed within seven days.

If the school is in receipt of Pupil Premium funding* for your child, then instrumental lessons can be fully-funded. In order to explore this further, please contact pp@croxleydanes.herts.sch.uk.

*The school will be in receipt of Pupil Premium funding if your child meets any of the following criteria:
- they receive free school meals
- child is looked after by the local authority
